By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms& Conditions (“Terms”). If you disagree, please do not use the App.

These Terms are a legal agreement between you (“User,” “you”) and Journey Angels (“Company,” “we,” “us”).

1. Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, parental permission is required.

2. No Medical Advice: The App provides meditation and wellness content only. It does not provide medical or mental health advice and is not a substitute for professional care. Discontinue use if distress occurs.

3. Subscriptions: Payments and renewals are handled through Apple or Google. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled 24 hours prior.

4. Accounts: You are responsible for account security.

5. Acceptable Use: No copying, reselling, hacking, or misuse of content.

6. Intellectual Property: All content is owned by or licensed to Journey Angels.

7. Third-Party Services: We are not responsible for third-party services.

8. Disclaimers: The App is provided “AS IS.”

9. Limitation of Liability: Journey Angels is not liable for damages arising from use.

10. Privacy: Use is governed by our Privacy Policy.

11. Termination: Access may be terminated at any time.

12. Governing Law: California law applies.

Al usar NOW aceptas estos Términos.

NOW ofrece contenido de meditación, bienestar y crecimiento personal únicamente con fines informativos y de relajación. La App no proporciona asesoría médica, psicológica ni terapéutica y no sustituye la atención de profesionales de la salud.

Debes tener al menos 13 años para usar la App. Si eres menor de 18 años, necesitas permiso de un padre o tutor legal.

Las suscripciones y pagos se procesan a través del Apple App Store o Google Play y están sujetos a sus términos. Las suscripciones se renuevan automáticamente salvo cancelación con al menos 24 horas de anticipación.
